Maria Elena Bello, born April 18 1967 is an American actress, producer and writer. Permanent Midnight (1998) and Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly (2006), The Cooler (2004), A History of Violence (2006), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008). Grown Ups (2010), Prisoners (2013). Lights Out (2016). In the television world, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998), with additional starring roles, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the series Goliath in 2016 and from 2017 to 2021, as the Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane in the show NCIS. Bello was born in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. [7][8] In political science, Bello majored in political science at Villanova University. Bello trained in acting in New York and continued to develop her talents after graduating. Bello is the mother of Jackson and Dan McDermott, her ex-boyfriend. [18] She published a blog in November of 2013 about her identical-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. She published a book entitled Whatever...Love Is love: Questioning the labels we give ourselves (Dey Street Books April 28 in 2015).
